CANCELLATION POLICY

• In case of any cancellations or reschedules, we require at least 48 hour notice to make any changes to an appointment. Any changes made with less than 24hr notice and the appointment slot retainer will be kept- no refunds.

• A missed appointment, or no-show will result in 50% Missed Appointment fee of the total service charge. Your appointment retainer will be kept & a new appointment with booking retainer will be required to re-book.

• Past cancellation fees kept DO NOT go towards your next, or any future appointments.

​

• We have a 10 minute grace period if you are late. After 15 minutes your appointment will be considered a no-show, cancelled and charged the missed appointment fee.

​

• If the card on file is removed prior to paying the Cancellation or Missed Appointment Fee, an invoice will be sent and no future appointments will be allowed to be made until the invoice is paid.

 

•  In order to respect my & other clients time, if there are more than 2 no-call no-shows or late cancellations, you will no longer be able to book.

• No guests allowed

• Due to sanitary reasons, no returns on products
